1. Determine whether the purchased thermal paper is a special type of thermistor printing paper. Judging method: scratch the paper with fingernails or sharp objects, and gray marks will appear. It seems to be written on thin paper with a marker pen. If there is an imprint, it means that it is a qualified thermal paper. Otherwise, try to change it.

2. If the thermal paper enters and exits normally, it does not necessarily mean that the working pressure of the drum of the photocopier is normal. When disassembling the copier to check whether the drum is pressed against the surface of the thermal paper, the working pressure of the print head of the printer is completely normal. Whether the pressure roller is in a thermal state when the copier is working.

3. Assuming that the label printer adopts the printing ribbon method, when the copier is working, it is necessary to check whether the printing ribbon can transfer the paper normally, and if it cannot be replaced, try a new one.
